Hospital Radio Maidstone is a registered charity (253068) and relies on the support of the local community, businesses and organisations.

HRM has two main fundraising sources - an outside broadcast unit and a fully-equipped disco - both of which are available to hire at competitive rates.

In addition, businesses and organisations can sponsor Hospital Radio Maidstone. In the past this has included the loan or donation of equipment, free skilled labour or a cash donation.

HRM has also received generous funding from the Maidstone Lions.
